Thursday 110407

Mini-camp day 9-rest Mini-camp day 10- HT and I did hill work on the Torrey Pines hill (mile 6 of half). We did 1 min on, 1 min off 4 times up the hill, jogged back down, then did it again. Felt good to get some real hill work in. Quads were burning. Mini-camp day 11- Stretching and core work. 2 rounds of 30 sec each: Front plank Bird dog one side Side plank Hollow rolls(new) Bird dog other side Side plank Pushup position touch each shoulder continously
