Wednesday 110302


I was the only one that went over so I just modified the mainsite WOD from the other day. Mainsite was 3 rounds of 400m run, 15 75lb squat snatch, and 9 Handstand pushups. I decided to focus on the run portion then grind through the rest of the round. I waited about 3-5 minutes before starting the next round.
