Complete 3 rounds @ 95 pounds:
1 Power Clean to Push Press...2 Power Cleans to 2 Push Presses...3 Power Cleans to 3 Push Presses and so on until you can not complete the progression. So...PC/PP-PCPC/PPPP-PCPCPC/PPPPPP, so on. Once you fail, rest 3-4 minutes, repeat. Each power clean must start on the ground.
Also, I heard that SMUGFIT-6 (mb) got assassinated from someone at CFE HQ for his recent changes to his training plan. Anyone confirm this?
