Warmup:
2 x barbell complex

Training:
Behind neck push press 3 x 3

-Rest 2 min

On the minute for 15 minute:
-4 clapping pushups
-*8 KB swings (1,1.5,2 pood)
-12 air squats (top of thighs below parallel)

- Rest 2 min

2 min total L-sits on rings

*Do one round on 1 pood, next on 1.5, next on 2, etc.

    Training- 15 rounds as Rx'd
    L-sits- horrible, made it to 2 min in about 8 rounds
