Sunday 101226

It's cold in Pennsylvania. Worked out at a little gym in my hometown, Somerset, PA.

12- deadlifts
9- hang power cleans
6- push jerks

I've probably consumed a couple dozen cookies and 15 beers over the last few days. A few more days of this and I think I'll be be good on cookies until next Christmas.
