AM: CF workout "Dahlgren"
PM: 20 min "recovery" run
So, I need to learn the meaning of recovery. 1st five minutes were at 7:30, then I bumped it up to 6:40 for 9 min. This is a very comfortable pace for me, feel like I can run forever. So then I thought I would see just how fast my planned 1/2 marathon pace of 6:07 is. Um, fast. Real fast. I ran the last 6 minutes (ie last mile) at race pace, and its going to be tough to hold that for 13.1. Should be a good time. Lots of running between now and then.
