Made this last night. If you want paleo version, drop the bread.
Also, my recipe for guacamole:
-3 avocados (use 1 per person)
-1-2 cloves garlic
-half red onion
-whole tomato
-1/2 cup cilantro
-1 lime
-1/2 lemon
-salt
Mash avocados with minced garlic and salt and lemon juice. Chop onion, tomato, and cilantro and mix with avacoados. Add lime and mix.
