Warmup:
3x 10 wallballs, ring rows, alternating sledgehammer strikes (20 total)

Training:
2 x DL on the minute for 10 min

    Goal was 405 but legs were shot from all week, didn't want to push it.

  2. DL - 265. Started with 285. It was too heavy. Also didnt want to push it. Felt very good to lift heavy stuff again.
