1 x rope climb starting in seated position
2 x muscle ups
3 x hand stand pushups
4 x burpees
5 x strict pullups
6 x 2 pood KB swings
7 x bench steps each leg (do a high knee with other leg at top position)
8 x goblet squat thrusters 1 pood KB
9 x plank side extentions each side
10 x single step lunges

  1. Back felt better. The only thing that made me feel it was landing from muscleups and coming up from pushup position in burpees. Going to run this weekend and see how that feels but should be 100 percent by Monday!
