Wednesday 101020

8x200m run 30 sec rest

Held between 38-40 seconds for all. Ran with 2 guys who were faster than me so it definetly helped my pacing.

100/300/500 m sprints, rest as long as it takes to do each.

  1. Had to stop after the 3rd. I planned on going "80%" but clearly I am not able to control myself. After the 3rd my legs started seriously cramping and I decided to listen to my body and chill out. I laid the smack down on the first few though.
