SmugFit Actual Returns

I know you guys missed me.

Swim:
5x500s

1. Warm-up
2. Build
3 & 4 Pace
5. 5x100s at Pace

Met up with Tommy B, number 3: 7:35. number 4: 7:42. Should be a little faster on these, but its all relative. Just getting a baseline set, Road to Kona starts in 2 weeks.
