Interval Run: 3 RNDS
200 m / rest 30 sec
300 m / rest 1 min
400 m / rest 2 min

WOD:
7 RNDS of 20 wallballs/10 box jumps
then row 2k

15 mins or so (7 min 2k row after the wallball/bj's)
