Monday: Started somewhat of a taper week, not sure what I need to taper from but I'm doing it anyway.3 x 5 Back squat. Worked up to 255. Heaviest I've gone in a number of months. Felt pretty good.Tuesday: Rode this morning for about an hour. WOD'd as well. Did the C&J Cindy workout with 135. No 200m DP specials. I did start and finish with a 400m run though.
